About Us

We are a local, family-run residential building and project management business, proudly servicing the greater Wellington region—from Miramar through to the Kāpiti Coast.

With a combined 18 years of experience, we bring together hands-on building expertise and professional project management to deliver a seamless experience for our clients. As a family team, we genuinely value every project we take on and are committed to exceeding expectations from initial consultation through to completion and handover.

Our personalised approach blends strong technical knowledge with structured project management, ensuring your project is carefully planned, clearly communicated, and executed to a high standard.

We look forward to working with you and showing you the difference our passion, care, and commitment can make to your next project.

Hayden Nattrass

Hayden is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with a Bachelor of Building Science, majoring in Project Management. He brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical expertise to the team. With over ten years of industry experience, he has developed a well-rounded skill set across a range of residential projects.

Hayden is known for his growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, always looking for better ways to deliver quality outcomes. His positive attitude and strong work ethic make him a reliable and valued leader, while his technical building skills ensure every project is approached with precision and care.

Fun fact: In his early 20s, Hayden started a plumbing apprenticeship—but after a memorable “character-building” experience involving black water in an apartment building, he decided to rethink his career path!

Megan Russell

Megan joined the team in early 2026, bringing with her eight years of Construction Project Management experience across both residential and commercial projects. Her background spans residential project management, on-site commercial delivery, and consultancy roles, giving her a well-rounded and practical approach to every stage of a project.

Megan’s key strengths lie in communication, programming, contract management, and budget tracking. She is highly organised and detail-focused, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Her collaborative approach and clear communication style make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and project teams.

Fun fact: Early in her construction career, Megan worked on the design of prisons.
